Top 5 Brokers Supporting the Most Deposit Currencies in 2026

Most offshore brokers only accept deposits in USD, forcing every trader to absorb a currency-conversion step. A smaller group supports multiple base currencies directly. This article ranks five brokers by deposit-currency flexibility, with XChief at the top.

Ranking criteria

This list ranks brokers on (1) the number of distinct deposit currencies supported, (2) whether that range extends beyond the most common global currencies, and (3) whether the broader currency support is available across all account types rather than a premium tier only.

#1 — XChief: USD, CHF, GBP, EUR, JPY, and RUB

XChief supports deposits in USD, CHF, GBP, EUR, JPY, and RUB — six currencies, per our XChief overview article, meaningfully more than most brokers in this series, which typically default to USD-only deposits regardless of a client’s actual home currency. This reduces currency-conversion fees and exchange-rate friction for traders who already hold funds in one of these six currencies, even though Vietnamese traders specifically will typically still convert through USD at some point in the process, since VND itself isn’t among the six currencies directly supported by this particular broker’s deposit system.

#2 — EC Markets: multiple methods, strong regional coverage

EC Markets doesn’t document as wide a raw currency range as XChief above, but its support for VN Pay, UnionPay, OTC365, and SWIFT, per our EC Markets overview article, reflects strong attention to regional payment method preferences even without matching XChief’s specific multi-currency deposit count. For a Vietnamese trader specifically, EC Markets’ regional payment method support may matter more in practice than a broader list of supported deposit currencies that doesn’t include VND directly anyway, which is worth weighing against XChief’s broader but less regionally-targeted currency range.

#3 — FBS: region-specific methods split by entity

FBS supports different payment methods depending on which entity a client is registered under — EU clients get Visa, Skrill, Neteller, and standard bank transfer, while non-EU clients add PerfectMoney, Sticpay, and GlobePay on top, per our FBS overview article. That’s a genuinely wide combined range across both groups, though split by region rather than universally available to every client regardless of entity, meaning the actual method list a given trader sees depends entirely on where they’re registered rather than being a single fixed list published in one place.

#4 — Alpari: broad method variety, single currency focus

Alpari supports WebMoney, Fasapay, AdvCash, GC Pay, Perfect Money, and TC Wallet, per our Alpari fees article — wide method variety in terms of the number of distinct payment providers accepted, though without XChief’s specific multi-currency deposit support described above. A trader here has plenty of e-wallet choice, just not necessarily the ability to deposit and hold a balance in six different national currencies the way XChief allows, which matters more for a trader who regularly moves funds across multiple currencies rather than sticking to one.

#5 — Markets4you: crypto-forward, fewer traditional currency options

Markets4you supports crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT), Volet, regional QR codes, and traditional bank transfer, per our Markets4you fees article — a genuinely useful mix specifically for crypto-comfortable traders, though less focused on traditional multi-currency fiat deposit support than XChief above. A trader who already holds crypto may find Markets4you’s method range more convenient in practice than a longer list of fiat currencies they don’t actually hold any balance in, which is exactly the kind of trade-off worth weighing based on how you actually plan to fund the account.

Why does currency support matter beyond convenience?

Every currency conversion step — whether at deposit, at the broker’s internal accounting, or at withdrawal — is a potential point where a small percentage gets shaved off through an unfavorable exchange rate. A broker supporting your actual holding currency directly removes at least one of these conversion points.

Frequently asked questions

Does this matter for Vietnamese traders specifically? Less directly, since VND isn’t commonly supported as a base currency at any broker in this series — most Vietnamese traders convert through USD regardless.

Is more currency support a sign of a larger, more established broker? Not necessarily a direct signal, but it does reflect broader payment-infrastructure investment.

Should this be a primary deciding factor? Only if you specifically hold funds in one of the supported currencies already — otherwise it’s a secondary convenience, not a core decision driver.

XChief tops this list with support for six deposit currencies. A strong fit for traders holding funds outside USD.

XChief currently has a welcome offer for new accounts for a limited time — terms may change, check directly when you register.
